What Information is being collected?
During your initial enquiry I normally collect your name, email address, telephone number, your estimated due date or age/s of your little one/s or wedding date.
Who is collecting it?
It’s me and no one else.
How is it being collected?
If you make an enquiry via my contact form on my website, email or telephone you may wonder what happens to those details.
This form has been created on my WordPress Website. The WordPress Website servers forward this to me via email, and I then input that information into my studio Management software called Shootproof. This software helps me track enquires send contracts and invoices and is a key tool to running my business.
If you enquire via telephone or email, your details will go straight into Shootproof as above.
I will respond to your enquiry via email or social media, depending on how you made your enquiry, with the relevant information that you requested. Your details will go on my database and I will follow up with you as needed. If you choose to make a booking I may need to collect more information from you. This would be collected and stored using the same process as above.
Why is it being collected and how will it be used?
I need to collect some information from you to respond to your enquiry and conduct your session/wedding.
Who will it be shared with?
Your privacy is just as important to me as my own privacy is. I do not share your information with any third parties.
If you are booking the Photography and Videography package for your wedding, your details are passed onto the videographer that I work with. This will be agreed with you before hand and you will have already expressed interest in the joint service.
